Shipping policy
At UNIVOZA, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
There is no minimum purchase requirement.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24-72 hours for tracking information to become active.
You can track your order using the “Track Your Order” page on our website or directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
UNIVOZA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@univoza.com. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
UNIVOZA is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@univoza.com so we can assist you.
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
