UNIVOZA WELLNESS · EVERYDAY SUPPORT
You are slouching right now.
Nine hours at a desk, then the sofa, then bed. By Thursday your upper back is talking to you. Most posture correctors dig in and end up in a drawer within a week — this one is built to actually be worn.

WHY THIS ONE STAYS ON
Built to be worn, not abandoned
01 · DESIGN
Full-back, not two straps
Shoulder straps paired with a wide lower-back panel, so support spreads across the whole back instead of pinching two points at the armpits. That difference is why it stays out of the drawer.
02 · FIT
Set your own tension
Adjustable on both sides for men and women. Start loose while you get used to it, then tighten as it becomes part of the day.
03 · WEAR
Low-profile and breathable
Lightweight fabric that reduces heat build-up over longer wear. Over a shirt at home, or under looser clothing when you are out. Washable and reusable.
HOW TO WEAR IT
1 |
Loosen both straps fully before putting it on. |
2 |
Position the back panel comfortably, then tighten both sides evenly. Snug — never tight enough to restrict movement or breathing. |
3 |
Start with 20–30 minutes a day and build up gradually. Wearing it all day from day one usually backfires. |
WHO WEARS IT
Desk and remote workers. The nine-hour sitters who feel it in the upper back by mid-week.
Drivers and commuters. Long hours in a seat that was not designed for a spine.
Anyone building the habit. The brace is the reminder while you train the muscles that hold you up.
GOOD TO KNOW
Questions, answered
How long should I wear it each day?
Start with 20 to 30 minutes and build up. Wearing a brace constantly can let the supporting muscles get lazy — the goal is a reminder, not a permanent crutch.
Will it fix my posture permanently?
On its own, no. A brace reminds you where upright feels like — lasting change comes from strengthening the muscles that hold that position. Use it alongside movement and stretching, not instead of them.
Can I wear it under a shirt?
Yes, under looser clothing. Under a fitted shirt the straps will show.
Does it support the lower back too?
Yes — the wide lower panel provides support across the lumbar area, which is what separates this from strap-only correctors.
Can I wear it while driving or exercising?
Light activity and desk work are fine. Do not wear it for heavy lifting or intense exercise without speaking to a professional first.
What if the fit is wrong?
Write to support@univoza.com and we will help you sort it.
