Frequently asked questions
What is a red light therapy belt?
A red light therapy belt is a wearable LED wrap that delivers red and near-infrared light to a targeted area. This model combines 660nm visible red light and 850nm invisible near-infrared light in a flexible, hands-free design.
Why can I see the red light but not the 850nm light?
660nm red light is visible to the human eye. The 850nm near-infrared wavelength is outside the visible spectrum, so those LEDs may look dim or appear off even when the mode is operating normally.
How long is a session?
The controller offers 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30-minute settings. New users should begin with a shorter session at the lowest comfortable intensity and follow the included instructions.
Where can the wrap be positioned?
Its flexible pad and adjustable bands can be positioned around areas such as the back, waist, shoulder, arm or leg. Never shine the light directly into the eyes, and do not place it over broken or irritated skin.
Does it need batteries?
No disposable batteries are required. Use the included wall adapter, or connect a compatible power bank for portable use. A power bank is not included.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. This product is intended for general wellness and comfort routines; it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary by person and by use. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, photosensitive, taking light-sensitizing medication, managing a medical condition or receiving active treatment.
